Counseling

Finding your voice through counseling

I am a caring and empathic therapist who fosters a safe space in which clients can gain insight, make intentional changes, heal and grow – as individuals and in relationships.  I empower clients with practical strategies to incorporate into their daily living.  At the same time, I support clients in doing the deeper work of increasing their understanding of themselves and others.  This ultimately leads to the most meaningful changes. As a trained pastoral counselor, I support clients in integrating their spirituality into the counseling for those clients who wish to do so, particularly in interfaith relationships.

...and the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.  ~Anais Nin
