Counseling

...and the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~Anais Nin
I am a caring and empathic therapist who creates a safe space in which clients can gain insight, make intentional changes, heal and grow – as individuals and in relationships. I empower clients with practical strategies to incorporate into their daily living. At the same time, I support clients in doing the deeper work of increasing their understanding of themselves and others. This ultimately leads to the most meaningful changes. As a trained pastoral counselor, I support clients in integrating their spirituality into the counseling for those clients who wish to do so, particularly in interfaith relationships.
