As with many of us, I have explored several paths on the way to the present.  As a young business professional, I worked at companies like Goldman Sachs and Accenture where I helped improve processes, collaborated with and supervised colleagues, developed and led trainings, and interfaced with senior management.  Later in my journey, I came to be more interested in the people behind the processes and numbers - what helps them feel seen and valued, what helps them feel balanced and find meaning -  and became a licensed clinical professional counselor.    My training combined with my life experiences as a parent, bonus parent, spouse, and community volunteer allow me to effectively apply therapeutic best practices to help individuals, families, and organizations find balance and thrive.
